Hi! I’m Bailee
I’m a freelance editor, and I’ve been working in developmental editing with indie fantasy and romance authors for three years now. I’ve loved stories ever since I was little, and started writing my own books when I was eight years old!
As I’ve worked with other authors, I’ve learned so much about writing, and have discovered so many tips and tricks that have helped me hone my craft. Early on, I realized that most compelling stories follow the same general structure, and started to utilize that in my developmental editing and in my own writing.
Stories are my biggest passion, and I love being in a position to help writers fall back in love with their own stories and see the amazing things they create. As I’m only one person with limited time, the amount of 1:1 work I can do isn’t much, so this membership was born from a desire to help more writers to find the same love for their own stories that I hold for mine.

I used to be the same way! When I first started making the transition toward outlining, I found that if I outlined just enough to know where the story was going, but not so much that there was nothing left for me to discover, I was still able to write without fear of writer’s block, but I still got to feel that magic of discovering the story as I went.
